Raised in Southwest Michigan as one of nine children, Ami learned responsibility, service, and strength early in life. Yet beneath external achievement and leadership, she understood what it felt like to feel unseen, disconnected, and misaligned from her deepest truth.

Seeking expansion beyond her known reality, Ami became the first woman in her family to serve in the United States Air Force. Her military experience demanded resilience, discipline, courage, and the ability to lead under pressure while navigating immense personal responsibility, including single motherhood during her years of service.

Following her military career, Ami built businesses, led teams, and stepped into executive leadership roles within corporate America. From the outside, success appeared undeniable. Yet internally, she recognized that achievement without alignment still leaves something essential untouched.

That realization changed everything.

In 2021, Ami walked away from corporate America to fully devote her life to transformational facilitation, leadership expansion, and human potential. What emerged was not simply a business, but a deeper calling: to create the very environments, conversations, and transformational experiences she once searched for herself.
